Periodontal (gum) disease is a common, detrimental oral health concern that affects millions of US adults. Some of the periodontal therapies we may recommend include scaling and root planing, oral or topical antibiotics, and laser dentistry.

I really do not like visiting the dentist; is there anything you can do to help me relax?

We understand some people are afraid of going to the dentist. Whether you had a bad experience as a child or some other issue caused the problem, the fear makes it difficult to maintain a healthy smile. When you come to our Lisle dental office, we will plan your treatment based on your special concerns. While you’re in the dental chair, we will make you comfortable with pillows, blankets, music, or movies. Drs. Frank and Nellie Marchese are especially skilled in creating a relaxing, stress-free experiences while delivering excellence in dentistry.

Also, the options of using nitrous oxide or taking a pill here in the office are available, so you may comfortably complete the dentistry that you’ve been putting off. In less than an hour, you will be relaxed, yet awake. At the end of your dental visit, a friend or family member will drive you home. Dr. Frank and Dr. Nellie Marchese will phone you later to see if you have any further questions. This option has helped many patients comfortably receive the smile they’ve always wanted.

What payment options do you offer?

Treatment costs vary depending upon the complexity of the procedure. Being sensitive to the fact that patients need versatile payment arrangements, our office offers flexible payment plans. We will work with your insurance company to help you obtain the maximum benefit. For your convenience, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

How do you handle dental insurance?

Many of our patients have dental insurance. Dental benefit plans can assist in achieving your goals. Our experienced staff will help determine your available coverage and discuss financial options. We will fill out the necessary forms to maximize your dental benefits.

Please remember that excellent care is available with or without insurance benefits.
